Within Switzerland delivery is mostly free of charge. Consignments within Europe and rest of the World are possible only for registered nordisk clients. A sales contract will describe all terms and conditions according to the specific situation and case.

Our experienced craftsmen are available throughout the entire project and process and can assist with on-site visits to provide individual advice and solutions. A professional service is dedicated from the beginning to perfect final delivery.

A professional upholstery service is available for custom made solutions and within nordisk aesthetical boundaries. Our experienced craftsman will ensure best quality tailoring and upholstery service.

Nordisk sells selected high quality fabrics of different price ranges and uses by the meter. Samples can be consulted by appointment with our dedicated and experienced personnel or are always partly visible in our visual settings.

Wedding lists are available within our corporate image, online and offline.
Planners and families are welcome to book an appointment with our dedicated staff in order to discuss all details and plan an exclusive and valuable wedding list.

Corporate gift services are offered to companies and corporations. We will take care and plan all details for a bespoke nordisk gift idea and packaging.


Once you have finished shopping you will receive an email confirmation of your order and again when it is dispatched. We will notify you by email if your order for some exceptional reason needs to be postponed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are not able to deliver to your area, or one or more of the goods are for some exceptional reason not available anymore.
If we do have to cancel your order we will notify you by email and re-credit the debited amount back into your account as soon as possible. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience caused.
All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.

Orders placed on our website are processed at least once a day during our opening hours. We aim to dispatch orders within one or two working days. Once dispatched you should receive your parcel within 1–2 days within Switzerland, and 7–10 days for worldwide. On some occasions it may take longer and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. If for some reason we are not able to dispatch your order within one working day we will notify the inconvenience to our customer.
Each of our deliveries are carefully processed and have a unique tracking code that we can use to trace missing parcels. Therefore please note that lead times for order placed during the weekend may slightly differ. In any case we do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible.
In the area of Lugano city we deliver in person by the end of every third working day.
For orders that are super urgent please get in touch and we do our best to organise a flash delivery. To flash deliveries an additional delivery fee may be applied.
For deliveries abroad the customer is responsible for all import duty and taxes controlled by the country of destination. We are not liable for any goods held or refused at customs.
Packages refused or returned by the customer will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% per item.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to each item returned for full refund. As a small business, the time, labor, and materials that contribute to fulfilling an order are significant resources. The restocking fee contributes to processing orders and providing thoughtful, timely customer service.


We process all payments including credit/debit card transactions through . All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and may be subject to additional shipping charges in foreign countries.

You will receive a full refund if:

  • Goods are returned to us within the next 2 working days of receipt for return.
  • Goods are returned in saleable condition with their original packaging and seals.
For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery costs. We will not accept returns if the item is missing our return label, or if the item indicates signs of use and is not repackaged in a neat and clean way back to us. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser.
Please note, we cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is in your responsibility until the goods reach us. We are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in backward transit.
We do not offer exchanges on goods purchased online, except the client is able to come to our shop in person within 30 days, and has placed his claim within the usual lead terms.
All items on sale are final sale without exception. Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Apothecary and personal fragrances are final sale without exception.
Full priced items purchased with a promotional or discount code are not eligible for refund but may be eligible for store credit if returned within 7 days of purchase and passes inspection by our sales team.
